Sunday Brunch Homes evaluates all rental applications in a consistent and nondiscriminatory manner
in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act
(FHEO)
and Wisconsin state law. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex,
disability, familial status, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class.
- Credit: Minimum credit score of 620; no bankruptcies; no accounts in collections; credit must demonstrate financial responsibility.
- Criminal Background: No convictions or pending charges that may pose a risk to property or tenants.
- Income: Monthly gross income must be 3× rent; total debt obligations including rent must not exceed 40% of monthly income.
- Pets: No cats allowed. Approved dogs must be at least one year old.
Restricted breeds (including mixes): Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd,
American Bulldog, Cane Corso, Presa Canario.
Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and under control at all times.
- Rental History: No prior evictions, lease violations, or outstanding landlord balances.
- Occupancy: Maximum 2 occupants per bedroom.
